Killing Bacteria and Viruses with Frequencies

Modern scientists find that shaking bacteria can kill it, i.e. using frequencies. This is what Dr Rife discovered in 1920’s.
This is a very small part of the documentary: The Life Story of Royal Raymond Rife, where he makes a Paracetum explode with his frequency generator.

Apparently, frequencies can kill parasites .. why is this not being used to heal people, save money and lives?
