Kelley Eidem, author The Doctor Who Cures Cancer
Hi,
I wrote this about one o’clock last night and posted it on Facebook. The feedback has been tremendous. Please share it far and wide. Here is what I wrote that everyone is so thrilled about…
When we want to cure a cancer we should look at the lynch pins of what cancer needs to function. First, is an unbalanced pH, either too acidic or too alkaline. In either of those cases cancer is always a possibility along with other illnesses as well. (Yes, being too alkaline also promotes cancer and other diseases.)
The second lynch pin is fibrin. Cancer cells are covered with fibrin. There is about 15 times as much fibrin around then as compared to other cells. So why is fibrin so important? Let me count the ways.
Fibrin’s stickiness mucks up the ability of the immune system to reach the cancer cells. Fibrin provides the support structure for the cancer cell’s feeding tubes. Fibrin protects the feeding tubes with its stickiness.
So what happens if the fibrin is washed away? The cancer cells are exposed. The feeding tubes are exposed and without supporting structure.
As is taught in anatomy and physiology classes from day one: Structure determines function. The feeding tubes need the fibrin support to function properly, i.e., to feed the cancer cell. Since the cancer cell isn’t being fed properly the cancer cells withers and dies.
So how do you get rid of fibrin? There are many things that will do that. Hot peppers, ginger and garlic are three of them. The hotter the pepper, the better. Modified citrus pectin, and proteolytic (systemic) enzymes are two more. Probably any volatile oil from spices will have a positive effect. Because volatile oils are…well…volatile the most potent herbs and spices would be those that are freshly grated or ‘bruised. So for instance a fresh mint leaf that is freshly rubbed will release the oils. Within several minutes most of the active oil from any spice will dissipate.
Do those two things: balance the pH and melt away the fibrin, and the cancer has no leg to stand on.
It’s not hard and cancer need not be scary. As you can see cancer is weak and vulnerable once you know the keys to success. You don’t have to run here and there wondering will this work, will that work? All you need to know is whether the agent has the properties to melt fibrin.
To make it real simple, remember when you ate a hot spicy food like a pepper or horseradish or wasabi and it made your nose run. The runny nose is partly fibrin. From your own experience of that runny nose you can see how overpowering the volatile oils are and how utterly defeated the fibrin is compared to it.
The fibrin in cancer is no different. It’s a weakling. You simply melt away the ’snot’ and the cancer cell shrinks up and dies. So now you can see why cancer can be wiped out rather quickly if you use the right tools. There is no need for stupid things like surgery, chemo or radiation.
There is no need for a biopsy either. Who cares about satisfying the doctor’s curiousity? If cancer is suspected, do the things that wipe it out, and then go on your merry way. You don’t have to miss a school play, or any other activity you would have otherwise engaged in.
Remember, when people are first diagnosed with cancer, the usually just have some troublesome pain or a bump of some kind. It’s seldom killer pain that brings them to the doctor. It’s only after treatment starts that things go so badly and people are too sick to participate in their normal life. Well you can skip all that bad stuff. Wipe out the ’snot” and you’re 90% there.
I hope each of you will hit the reshare link because what is laid out here in this one sharing could end most cancer for
you, your family, your relatives, and all your friends.
Wondering how to be an optimist? Someone with constant positive outlook, dreams and success? This quote puts it nicely:
“I have become my own version of an optimist.
If I can’t make it through one door, I’ll go through another door – or I’ll make a door.
Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present.”

Einstein said “Everyone is a Genius”. I couldn’t agree more!
Our present day society and culture, ask people to learn in a certain way, hold certain jobs, take exams in a certain way, and those that dont fit or are unwilling to comply with the statuesque are considered dysfunctional or lacking… Wrong!

Besides emailing your senators and congressperson as explained in this post, it’s important to file your comments with the FDA itself, which will appear in the Federal Register and hopefully add to the voices of others and help save our supplements; otherwise, the FDA will claim that no one objected.
The link below will take you to where you can Submit a Comment. In one of the mandatory fields, it asks you the name of your organization: you can enter Citizens for Health in this (they’re one of the organizations leading our fight to save our supplements).
Feel free to customize your message and tell the FDA why access to supplements is important to you. The Comment form only allows a few words, so you might want to just put a short summary in it and save a more detailed message in a text (.txt) file, which it allows you to attach.
You can copy the text found here (sample letter) or modify the letter to congresspersons found here , and paste it into Microsoft word, word pad or notepad then save it as a .txt file.
Please note that, due to many requests from people who would be harmed by their loss of supplements, the FDA has granted an extension for us to file our comments — but we must submit them quickly, as they will not consider any submitted after December 2, 2011.

Draft Guidance for Industry; Dietary Supplements: New Dietary Ingredient Notifications and Related Issues; Availability; Extension of Comment Period
Re: Docket No. FDA-2011-D-0376-0079, “Draft Guidance for Industry: Dietary Supplements: New Dietary Ingredient Notifications and Related Issues”
This guidance, if enacted, would put in place a series of onerous regulations for the supplement industry that will make it extremely expensive and difficult for the nutritional industry to keep manufacturing supplements — so expensive and difficult, in fact, that it will put most legitimate manufacturers out of business and potentially eliminate most supplements from the marketplace.
The rules as proposed seem innocent enough, requiring a stringent approval process for all supplements on the marketplace since 1994, when Congress passed the Dietary Supplement Health and Information Act (DHSEA). DHSEA was actually intended to protect nutritional and herbal manufacturers from unwarranted FDA harassment, and allow Americans access to legitimate supplements.
The sponsors of DHSEA intended that the law would reduce the regulatory burden on supplement manufacturers, and provide a streamlined process of bringing new products to market. Instead of honoring the purpose of DHSEA, the FDA in its newly proposed regulations seems determined to institute a complicated, burdensome, and financially prohibitive approval process for each and every new supplement on the market since 1994, akin to the drug approval process. No supplement company has the resources to finance such a procedure, which can run into the tens of millions of dollars for every new product. Experts who have reviewed the proposed regulations claim that the FDA could insist that even previously available supplements would also be subjected to such requirements and be classified as “synthetic food additives” – and their manufacturers frankly would have to close down.
The FDA already has the power and authority to prohibit sale of mislabeled, harmful, or dangerous supplements. Through its Good Manufacturing Practices regulations already in place, supplement manufacturers must meet stringent requirements for safety and potency. The FDA also has the authority to punish manufacturers who make inappropriate unsubstantiated claims. In effect, the FDA already has all the power it needs to regulate effectively nutritional supplements.
A colleague said, “In all the years I have been fighting for freedom of choice in health care, the currently proposed regulations are the most troubling, most far-reaching, and with potentially the most catastrophic effects, not only for my own health, family and friends, but for those tens of millions of Americans who rightfully and intelligently use nutritional products for their health-supporting benefits. In other words, this bill creates extraneous red tape, paperwork, and burdensome labeling requirements when everything the bill mandates is already being accomplished under current law!”
During this time, supplements have enjoyed an unrivaled safety record. Statistics show they’re safer than prescription drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, and even safer than food!
According to the Poison Control Centers, there were no deaths due to supplements in 2008. In 2009, there was one.
When the Dietary Health Supplement Education Act was passed, Congress intended a simple notification process for new dietary ingredients. This guidance would turn this into a pre-approval scheme, which goes against the intent of the law. The FDA already has ample regulatory authority to take action against a product if it’s unsafe. They don’t need to have this pre-approval power, too.
This could be disastrous to public health. At a time when preventative measures are even more important to health care costs, the FDA is limiting access to preventative health care.
The guidance creates unnecessary regulations that limit my access to the dietary supplements I rely on. The expensive and burdensome process will force between 20,000 and 42,000 dietary supplements to be removed from the market and will increase the cost of those supplements that remain.
Please contact your congressperson ASAP.
This website will automatically look up your senators and congressperson and email them: http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/750/p/dia/action/public/?action_KEY=8252 – This website has an already-written letter. Please copy the letter below and paste it the message box to replace the letter that is automatically shown. The letter below is longer but it addresses the issue with more detail. Read it as well to get educated on the issue. The Senators seem to not know how wide of an impact this FDA regulation will be.
Detailed letter:
Subject: FDA Supplement Guidance Will Result In The Loss Of Tens Of Thousands Of Jobs and Cost the Economy $21.2 Billion To $39.8 Billion Annually.
What the FDA is telling Congress is misleading. In recent weeks, the FDA has launched an aggressive new campaign to put in place a series of onerous regulations for the supplement industry that in effect would drive most legitimate manufacturers out of business and potentially eliminate most supplements from the marketplace and increase the cost of others by many folds.
Unfortunately, there was a dangerous loophole in the 1994 DSHEA law: while supplements that existed at the time were protected by law, the FDA was given the authority to regulate any new ingredients introduced after Oct. 15, 1994.
What the FDA is telling Congress is misleading: that it has “released draft guidelines intended to assist the dietary supplement industry in deciding when a premarket safety notification for a dietary supplement containing a new dietary ingredient (NDI) is necessary, and in preparing premarket safety notifications. This guidance, when finalized, does not create new regulations or law”, but the problem is that the FDA is trying to turn the clock back with the laws it already has. Our elected officials clearly don’t understand the problem yet. The FDA is trying to turn the clock back with the laws it already has. The guidance document makes it clear that the FDA is willfully and grossly misinterpreting the law, especially the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), with regard to re-defining NDIs and filing submissions for them. The agency’s attempt to create new regulatory requirements using a guidance document is also in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), and therefore the agency is in violation of the law.
Those of us who researched this issue need Congress’s help because it has the power to rein in the FDA and have done so in the past when many voters complained that their health would suffer if their supplements were taken away.
This is a blatant abuse of power. What the FDA is doing here is performing an end-run around the existing law. According to the law, the FDA has to prove a dietary supplement is unsafe for it to be taken off the market. These new guidelines turn that on its head. They are clearly not what Congress intended.
The FDA rules as proposed seem innocent enough, requiring a stringent approval process for all supplements on the marketplace since 1994, when Congress passed the Dietary Supplement Health and Information Act (DHSEA). DHSEA was actually intended to protect nutritional and herbal manufacturers from unwarranted FDA harassment, and allow Americans access to legitimate supplements.
The cost of complying with these guidelines would be astronomical. Experts estimate that the studies required would cost between $100,000 and $200,000 per ingredient notification. That adds up to millions of dollars per supplement company. Smaller companies would not be able to afford this and would go out of business.
The economy is already hurting and we have high unemployment. If enacted as currently proposed, this guidance will have a massive impact to the dietary supplement industry and further hurts our economy. Expert analyses show that this guidance will cost the economy $21.2 billion to $39.8 billion annually and result in the loss of tens of thousands of jobs.
Numerous attorneys have pointed out that the FDA’s attempt to create new regulatory requirements using a guidance document is in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), and that this amounts to illegal sleight-of-hand, using a guidance as a side-door effort to avoid the public meetings that would promote a more formal debate. Some have stated:
“The Draft Guidance on NDIs is contemptuous of the intent of Congress when it passed DSHEA, because instead of ensuring access to a full range of products, it obstructs their path to the marketplace.
This article is special. I have collected and I am pasting here a series of emails from different sources, and a couple articles on the current debacle and the threat to your choice of natural and other nutritional supplements curtsy to the FDA and their fear mongering and abuse of government powers.
Allopathic medicine is pathetic, their drugs kill people, and now they are trying to make supplements sound like a dangerous drug.
At least 100,000 people die from pharmaceutical drugs each year.. almost none dies from supplements. Not to mention that pharmaceuticals are unnatural, often have side effects and are pulled out of the market after too many injuries or deaths. One also must remember that most pharmaceuticals cover the symptoms rather than help the body reach a balanced healthy state. Read this article “death by medicine” http://www.seekingwholeness.com/crazy-world/death-by-medicine

President Barack Obama has appointed two experts, one in food the other in drugs, to head up the soon to be reorganized Food & Drug Administration in preparation for an agency split that would separate the FDA into two — one agency to oversee foods and the other to regulate drugs. But just exactly where does that leave dietary supplements?
The Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA) declares dietary supplements to be products intended to supplement the diet. But the FDA contends DSHEA severely limits the FDA in regulating a growing industry. A recently issued report from the General Accounting Office claims the FDA does not have the resources to adequately regulate dietary supplements. The GAO report appears to be part of an orchestrated effort to soften the public up for a major change in the classification and regulation of dietary supplements.
Supplements, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, herbs, etc are safer than pharmaceuticals. In fact, surveys conducted by poison control centers show dietary supplements to be the safest products of all.
Recently, the FDA classified a form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) as a new drug (Pyridorin, Biostratum) … Imagine having to need a prescription from a physician just to take vitamin B!
Now let’s see what these doctors have to say,

If the videos are not playing or not on youtube, let me know, I have these clips saved in my personal archive.
Below I quote a few paragraphs that are very true that a friend of mine who healed himself from cancer naturally and now helps hundreds of people, Dr Charles Morris said on his website www.distance-healer.com. The below are timeless words of wisdom from an experienced person. I often say very similar things to my clients, as truth is universal.
Read it and see if you agree, see if you can relate.
What is really frustrating to me is that even when I spend years researching things and put it all up on my website for free, no one takes the time to really study (or even read it thoroughly), and they then ask questions that are already on the website (i.e., they’re too busy to learn how to not die and won’t do the work necessary to maximize their health, including reading free information that took thousands of hours to compile and then is given to them for free. Most complain that blended vegetables don’t taste good, or they don’t like to take a lot of supplements (but they have no problem spending lots of money taking all kinds of trips to remote islands, drinking booze and eating bad food with the money that they claim would be “wasted” on supplements to fight their cancer with). Some actually ask if they were to take just one supplement (and not change their diet or lifestyle), if they can beat terminal, stage 4 cancer! When I tell them that they have to do some work to get better, they go back to the chemo and radiation doctors, and I hear soon afterwards that they’re dead.
Some people are determined to die in order to somehow “get even” with someone else – these people cannot be helped, no matter how good a protocol or doctor is; they give up the “will to live” and hasten their own death. Furthermore, no doctor wants to get into the middle of it and be blamed for it.
Also, if you believe someone or something has the power to kill you (as in voodoo), then you’ve empowered it to kill you and it may, unless you take the power to kill you away from it. The converse is also true. There is a book about 50 cancer survivors that illustrates this: each beat cancer in a different way; the only thing they had in common was the fierce belief that life was worth living and that they were going to beat cancer. Make sure that you WANT to live: there’s a huge difference between merely being afraid of dying and embracing life, loving life and wanting to live. Also, don’t give someone else the power to take away your will to live; if you’re not happy with your life, CHANGE IT! You don’t have to die to escape from it.
Bad habits, diet and lifestyle (and often a bad attitude/mindset and neglect of your spiritual self) lead to cancer by activating certain inherited genes that pre-dispose you to getting cancer. The good news is that 80% of these genes can be either activated or de-activated. What is necessary is to fully commit to doing what is necessary to get better and stay better. Once you beat cancer (for the rest of your life), in order to keep cancer from coming back, you’re going to have to keep from falling back into your old habits, because that is how you ended up getting cancer in the first place.
Your belief system can severely limit your available options, many of which are viable ones. Sure, there are quacks out there, but not every non-chemo and non-radiation treatment is quackery; follow the money, and try to step back and see outside of the box. I definitely recommend reading “Questioning Chemotherapy” by Ralph Moss: cancer is actually a cry from your body for help because it cannot tolerate your toxic diet and/or lifestyle – it is not a cry for you to flood it further with more toxins from chemo and radiation. The odds of beating it are MUCH greater when a person starts the protocol before they’re dying. Chemo works in less than 2% of cancers — and of those 2%, more than half of them get secondary cancers caused by the chemo. According to Dr. Blaylock, “It’s important to remember that secondary cancers are not recurrences of a previous cancer but entirely new cancers caused by the treatment. Most often, the secondary cancer is much more resistant to treatment than was the original cancer. Biopsies (including needle biopsies) also spread cancer in more than half of the cases.”
He also says on dosage:
Many people don’t seem to understand that the dosages of therapeutic supplements are critical, and that you can’t just take a few of the supplements along with chemo or radiation and increase your chances of success — the supplements try to build your body and immune system up and the chemo and radiation try to tear it down. I still take 175 pills/capsules each day, drink/chew two 10 ounce glasses of raw, organic vegetable juice along with a perfect diet, avoid toxic brands of cosmetics, cleaners, air fresheners, deodorants, soaps, etc., and make time to study what I need to know in order to survive (i.e., take charge of my health), not just blindly follow what some doctor tells me to do (i.e., delegate responsibility to someone else) — it all boils down to whether a person REALLY wants to live and is willing do what it takes, or not
Some colleagues have told me that it’s human nature to value something relative to its cost, and that people would value this information more and do more to help themselves if I were to charge them for it, but I want to help people who are hurting financially and not add to their burden of cancer.
One thing that might be confusing you is that therapeutic dosages of supplements (including vitamins) are a lot different from preventative dosages (RDA minimums — the amounts below which certain deficiency diseases appear) and have different effects; that’s why dosage is very important.
I always had a connection (felt connected) to nature and our planet, once this connection was compromised I experienced dis-ease. I know this from personal experience.
In my quest to reverse my male pattern baldness and decaying teeth I researched many diets and theories, trying to figure out what the right thing to eat was, more accurately what my body evolved to eat.
I learned of great concepts such as paleolithic dieting and metabolic typing. Dr. Weston Price, like many others, also figured it was all in the diet, that natives and uncivilized people had great teeth (and hair) due to their diet.
One morning as I continued to research the correct genetic type of foods for me, I had a very basic organic idea surface in my mind, “it’s not all in the diet”. While diet is a major factor of the body’s health, I believe looking at diets, supplements and chemicals only for an answer misses 1/2 the reality.
Yes the paleolithic humans ate differently, yes the uncivilized white-teethed tribes ate differently. Some ate raw foods, some ate a vegetarian diet of roots and fruits, some drank raw milk, others ate mostly sea food or meat. Finding commonalities in these diets has been the obsession of many researchers and remains an interest of mine; the same with metabolic typing. One convincing answer that explains why different diets had similar results in natives is that these people ate what was right for their metabolic type.
Keeping that in mind, I sifted through facts and theories on ancient and uncivilized diets, then I noticed something that was even more in common between these ancient people, besides how different their diets were than the typical SAD (Standard American Diet). they all were barefoot (or used thin leather sandals), sat on rocks or the ground, climbed trees, swam, and got a lot of sunshine. These people were more “grounded” than us today. I cannot comment on their spirituality, life habits, culture, mind-set, or rituals but I know they were grounded, got a lot of sun and plenty of functional physical activity.
I theorize that it was not just the diet that made our ancestors healthy, it also must have been their lifestyle: especially grounding activities, functional paleo-type physical activity, and plenty of sunshine. This is not to discount diet, diet is a huge part of health, but not the answer-to-all solution to a holistic whole health.
Recently I came across a book that got many 5 star reviews on Amazon. Earthing: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever? today has 30 5-star reviews, 2 4-star reviews and 1 1-star review. The 1-star review does not dispute the concept of earthing rather was given because the book felt like an infomercial.
I am not concerned with the book or the products that the book mentions. Earthing is as basic as breathing, no one should have to pay for it. When we sit on the grass, walk barefoot on the beach, or swim in the ocean, we all feel great. According to the “grounding” theory we feel great because we become grounded to the earth, the planet, as our ancestors always were.
Watch this 9 min clip, where David wolfe talks about “grounding” and how it fights inflammation, skin conditions, free radicals, and much more.. In this clip they talk about deficiency in charges, tumors, inflammation, ovarian cysts, show skin conductivity changes, images of blood sample changes are also shown and something called the “sarcadian rythm” is mentioned:
“And a Man sat alone, drenched deep in sadness. And all the animals drew near to him and said, “We do not like to see you so sad. Ask us for whatever you wish and you shall have it.” The Man said, “I want to have good sight.” The vulture replied, “You shall have mine.” The Man said, “I want to be strong.” The jaguar said, “You shall be strong like me.” Then the Man said, “I long to know the secrets of the earth.” The serpent replied, “I will show them to you.” And so it went with all the animals. And when the Man had all the gifts that they could give, he left. Then the owl said to the other animals, “Now the Man knows much, he’ll be able to do many things. Suddenly I am afraid.” The deer said, “The Man has all that he needs. Now his sadness will stop.” But the owl replied, “No. I saw a hole in the Man, deep like a hunger he will never fill. It is what makes him sad and what makes him want. He will go on taking and taking, until one day the World will say, ‘I am no more and I have nothing left to give.” Native American Wisdom
Comment:
I agree with this quote. However, I must say while many seem to have these gaping holes that they seek to fill (usually with food, habits or material items) some of us do not have the hole. The hole can be plugged, it can be filled. We are whole and complete as we are, we are divine and holy, all of us. Many do not know that. I wish everyone would have the insight and openness to see this on their journey, as this is my truth.
I suggest the following to help you fill that hole: Just Be, Meditate, Experiment with hypnosis, Spend time with nature, in nature, admire the beauty in nature, be alone, explore your own mind/body .. Reconnect with the spirit of nature, feel it, hear it, experience it, enjoy it! It is always there, just as the “answer to fill the hole” is, very close that many can’t see it. This answer is not in words, not in data, not even in seeing. It is so basic, emotional knowing in your gut, that many first need to slow down and reconnect with themselves before they can suddenly find this hole simply gone. The answer is always there, we just think it’s not because it is not in words or science, it is very personal and organic, so close. You just have to look inside of you, and be. When this hole is filled, then everything inside and outside will look alive, more colorful, more holy, you start to see things (everything) differently in some way.
In being, present, silent, alone, i nature, in the moment, you can see that you are whole,
now

“The missing link in physics is consciousness”
Scientists consider math as the universal language. Should we meet aliens from other galaxies math is expected to be the language we could use. Notice how math is a “language”
We also consider physics to hold “laws” of nature. Yet a universal unifying theory of physics still eludes the greatest minds.
Humans do not use physics to walk, to open a door knob, to run, to use tools.
Cats do not use physics or equations when they sprint or jump on to the counter-top.
Birds do not use physics or equations to fly.
The biological brain or what we call the “mind” in these beings does NOT use equations or math.
I was taught that everything and everyone uses physics, this statement is very misleading. Physics, as in all of Science, simply “explains” or interprets into “laws, observations, words and numbers what nature does.
Physics and math are simply written “languages” that we use to explain “nature” or what we consider “reality”. All living beings seem to function just fine, naturally, organically, without knowing math or physics.
.
.
The reason a unifying theory of physics is missing, the reason physics explains many things but not everything, is that physics (and math) are missing something.
.
Physics and math are missing something that cannot be written, or explained, or translated into a human language, this missing link is “consciousness”.
.
I remember the first day I was exposed to physics. I was very excited to interpret and understand how things work. However, I soon started to notice a persistent thought, it almost always nagged on me, starting on the first day and onto every physics class I took in high school. Even in college this thought never cased to exist. I found myself often thinking (more accurately feeling), “but this is not right”, “something is wrong about this”, “I know physics is not done this way”. My main feeling was that “it was wrong”. But I could not explain where this feeling came from. I simply assumed that I just needed to learn more advanced physics to get this feeling to go away.
I’ve always had a persistent and intuitive sense that there was a different way to interpret the universe and “nature”

I encourage you to check the ingredients listed on of your hair, skin, body, dental and personal hygiene products (i.e. shampoos, soap, tooth pastes, moisturizing creams, hair coloring, etc). Note that ingredients are listed by their weight, so the ones listed first make up more of the product than the ones listed last.
When reading the ingredients you are looking for the hidden carcinogens, irritants and other harmful ingredients. You may expect a lot of the cheap shampoo brands like Suave, Dove, VO5 and Pert Plus to contain bad ingredients, but you should know that some of the expensive, all natural or even organic brands may contain harmful ingredients.
Check the label of any product before purchasing it, inhaling it, eating it or applying on your skin (or on anything that you will touch or eat, including your pets).
This article will inform you about a few, but most common, of these harmful chemicals that belong in a chemistry lab, not your house, in mouth, or on your skin or hair. Don’t take my word for it, do your own research on these chemicals and make up your mind. This list is here to alert you, if you want to learn more Google is your friend.
I am not a chemist, I did not make any discoveries, I simply took the time to search online for all the bad ingredients first for my own use (as I was forgetting the names of the ingredients to avoid as my list kept getting longer) .. Now my list is posted here in this article, conveniently for you on one page, hopefully for someone out there to find helpful.
Here’s the list, with some details:
* Phthalates: Industrial compounds found in shampoos that enter the body through the skin and wreak havoc on the endocrine system. In fact, phthalates are associated with male obesity, insulin resistance and reduced sperm production.
* Triclosan: The University of Vermont lists triclosan as an antibacterial found in shampoos that interferes with normal bacterial levels in the body with continued use. Dilution in water can cause triclosan to mutate into a form of dioxin.
* Paraphenylenediamine, or 1,4-diaminobenzene, a contact allergen that is often used in the manufacture of black hair dyes and shampoos.
* Sodium Chloride (Salt – NaCI): Used to increase the viscosity in some cosmetics. Can cause eye and skin irritation if used in too high concentrations (Hampton). Its usually used to make a cheap, watery consistency product look thick and rich instead.
* Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS): Very harsh. Found in most shampoos, the manufacturers use it because it produces a lot of foam and it is cheap. Used in cleaning car engines. Northwestern Health Sciences University explains that sodium lauryl sulfate, found in some shampoo formulas, may actually alter your skin’s structure, allowing for deeper chemical penetration. Deep penetration makes it easier for dangerous chemicals to enter your blood stream. Showed penetration into the eyes, as well as systemic tissues (brain, heart, liver, etc.). SLS also shows long-term retention in tissues. In soaps and shampoos, there is an immediate concern relating to the penetration of these chemicals into the eyes and other tissues. This is especially important in infants, where considerable growth is occurring, because a much greater uptake occurs by tissues of younger eyes and SLS changes the amounts of some proteins in cells from eye tissues. Tissues of young eyes may be more susceptible to alternation by SLS (Green). Forms nitrates, a possible carcinogen when used in shampoos and cleansers containing nitrogen-based ingredients. These nitrates can enter the blood stream in large numbers from shampooing, bubble baths, bath and shower gels and facial cleansers. These synthetic substances are used in shampoos for their detergent and foam-building abilities. They can cause eye irritations, skin rashes, hair loss, scalp scurf similar to dandruff and allergic reactions. They are frequently disguised in pseudo-natural cosmetics with the parenthetic explanation “comes from coconut.” (Hampton) Dr. David H. Fine, the chemist who uncovered NDELA contamination in cosmetics, estimates that a person would be applying 50 to 100 micrograms of nitrosamine to the skin each time he or she used a nitrosamine-contaminated cosmetic. By comparison, a person consuming sodium nitrite-preserved bacon is exposed to less than 1 microgram of nitrosamine (Hampton).
* Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) – milder, but still harsh Used as a wetting agent in the textile industry. Irritating to scalp and may cause hair loss (Wright).
Chemical name: Sodium Lauryl “ether” Sulfate An ether chain is added to SLS. Called a premium agent in cleansers and shampoos.
In reality it is very inexpensive but thickens when salt is added in the formula and produces high levels of foam to give the concentrated illusion it is thick, rich and expensive. .
On this 10th anniversary of the 911 events I’d like to offer you this one quick reminder,
The Only Thing We Have to Fear Is Fear Itself
Franklin D. Roosevelt
Hi again!
Here are a few thoughts for you to consider today:
.
The more the old systems reveal their inadequacies the more people will believe change is needed. Every thing that happens is an opportunity. Everything is neural, if you define it as positive you get a positive effect.
NOTHING has a built-in meaning.

Success is not the destination, success is the journey.
The scientist does not study nature because it is useful, he studies it because he delights in it, and he delights in it because it is beautiful. If nature were not beautiful, it would not be worth knowing, and if nature were not worth knowing, life would not be worth living.

I recently said this to a friend and thought it was worth sharing right here:
The meaning you give to anything determines the experience you get from it
Indeed

Here’s some food for though, did you know that all (I mean every single) healing that you experience is 100% your body healing itself? medicine, doctors even religious and energy healers, they do not heal you, they assist your body in healing itself.
It’s nice to see this quote from Master Lin (i.e. Chunyi Lin), a QiGong Master and founder of the Spring Forest QiGong technique, basically validating this point, that all healing is self healing
Hello my dear friends! It is very important to know that a qigong master never heals- the qigong master only helps and assists. The person has to heal themself.
By Chunyi Lin (posted May 11, 2010)
Master Lin was named 2010 Qigong Master of the Year at the 12th World Congress on Qigong/TCM in San Francisco, California on April 24, 2010.

To love is to recognize yourself in another. The others “otherness” then stands revealed as an illusion pertaining to the purely human realm, the realm of form. The longing for love that is in every child is the longing to be recognized, not on the level of form, but on the level of Being.
When another recognizes you, that recognition draws the dimension of Being more fully into this world through both of you. That is Love that redeems the world.
Love is the recognition of oneness in the world of duality.

How Qigong or Taoist Yoga Explains Gurdjieff
by drew hempel, MA

THE FOUNDATION OF THE LAW OF THREE
“‘Before examining these influences,’ began G., ‘and the laws of transformation of Unity in Plurality, we must examine thefundamental lawthat creates all phenomena in all the diversity or unity of all universes.’” – In Search of the Miraculous (p. 78, emphasis in original, and source for below Gurdjieff quotes).
I continue to see a lot of serious confusion about the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff, a very influential source for people exploring paranormal healing powers. First of all there was Gurdjieff’s focus on the truth of his teaching, not on the kundalini energy effects. This is one reason people reject Gurdjieff. For example a famous person, Katherine Mansfield, came to Gurdjieff shortly before her death from tuberculosis. Some people think that Gurdjieff just accelerated her death because he focused on the truth instead of on healing. Secondly there’s the problem of Gurdjieff’s lineage. Some state Gurdjieff was a Sufi but since he didn’t have a particular Sufi master he’s not credible. Gurdjieff does name a very important Sufi teacher who doles out amazing secrets in Gurdjieff’s excellent book Meetings with Remarkable Men.
Most importantly Gurdjieff didn’t pass on and develop his powers in someone else — i.e. create another energy master. Gurdjieff doesn’t have a replacement yet many people think that Ouspensky was necessary to help Gurdjieff or that Bennett or Orage or others can better continue Gurdjieff’s teachings. For example, because of this conflict, the famous NYC literary critic Edmund Wilson made fun of Gurdjieff based on Orage’s attempts to teach Gurdjieff. The best book on Gurdjieff’s teachings, In Search of the Miraculous, is only hindered by Ouspensky’s extended yet confused commentaries while Gurdjieff’s longest book was the cause for Gurdjieff considering suicide. Beelzebub’s Tales is not a reliable source since his publishers forced Gurdjieff to change the meaning of his teaching, as Bennett reports.
What is clear is that Gurdjieff’s teaching is based on harmonics or what some term “psychic music,” the central secret of my 2001 U of MN masters thesis, linked at http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm and focus of my subsequent research, including my previous articles here. I discovered that the Pythagorean Perfect 5th or 2:3 music interval, C to G, and the Perfect 4th or 3:4, G to C, are the same as yang and yin in Taoism. Gurdjieff also relies on the Pythagorean teachings based on harmonics or what Gurdjieff called the Law of Three, the fundamental law. (as quoted above)
Western science converted complimentary opposites, yin and yang, or the Pythagorean Tetrad of 1:2:3:4, into a symmetrical system through the same diatonic scale that Gurdjieff presents in his teaching, thereby forever confusing the West’s understanding of Gurdjieff.
For example the major third diatonic music interval of Gurdjieff, 4:5, was converted into 5:4 as the cube root of two while the Pythagorean diatonic minor sixth, 5:8, was converted into 8:5 as the Golden Ratio. In fact the extension of the Tetrad, 1:2:3:4 (Perfect 5th/Perfect 4th complimentary opposite harmonics as the Law of Pythagoras) into symmetric-based ratios (i.e. Gurdjieff’s 4:5 into 5:4 as the cube root of two) was the product not of Pythagoras but of Platonic math from Archytas’ creation of the geometric mean (a “one-to-one correspondence of letter and number”). I give the technical details in chapter four of my blogbook, http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com. Math professor Joe Mazur recently stated that my compilation of this information is “very valuable” and he recommended that I have it published in a peer-reviewed academic journal.
Westerners do not clearly see that the point of Gurdjieff’s “Law of Octaves” is based on the complimentary opposites or his “Law of Three” known as the Pythagorean Tetrad, 1:2:3:4. Instead we find various other interpretations of Gurdjieff’s diatonic Pythagorean scale — that the interval of the 7th is somehow the secret of Gurdjieff or that since it’s the same diatonic scale used by the early Christian church this is why Gurdjieff’s system works, etc. The most famous symbol of Gurdjieff, the enneagram, was also converted into symmetrical decimals, forever damning it’s foundation in the Law of Three complimentary opposites. The current mainstream understanding of Gurdjieff is wrong but qigong or Taoist yoga clearly explains how to solve this problem.
The third force beyond yin and yang, the source of the I-thought or the source of the Pythagorean One, known as the Goddess Harmonia, is what I call “female formless awareness.” Gurdjieff has this to state about it: “Contemporary thought realizes the existence of two phenomenon: force and resistance, positive and negative magnetism, positive and negative electricity, male and female cells, and so on. But it does not observe even these two forces always and everywhere. No question has ever been raised as to the third, or if it has been raised it has scarcely been heard.”
THE SECRET OF THE SCALE SHOCKS
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves: Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
