		<description>Thanks for the important reminder to stay in the moment, and for giving us a great question that we can ask ourselves when we are stuck in the past or worrying about the future. Life has always been much easier for me when I remember to stay in the present, and even though it seems difficult a times, it is certainly worth the effort.</description>
