Edit: please note, this article was written in September 2008.

What topics will this Wholeness Blog discuss?

This is a new blog, I am not certain what topics exactly will be covered and to what extent. This blog is more like a repository for my knowledge and research findings and will contain a broad spectrum of information. The topics discussed here will come from my life’s experiences and from your input and feedback. I feel a need to continue my research into wholeness and to share what I know with you.

By looking at the definition of wholeness, wellness and awareness, I can ascertain a few topics that will likely be covered here. I will post comments here if I need to amend this article.

To talk about wholeness I will talk about the following — in no particular order:

We have to keep an open mind, a brave mind. We have to do our due diligence to back our claims, report experiences, be critical of findings and also always take seriously medical and scientific research.

I have great respect for science, I also am a curious person. Here we need to blend science/research and human experiences.

Challenge or Joy?

The study of wholeness, or what some call the science of wholeness appears to be a daunting task. Even so, it is one that humans have pondered for ions, it’s a quest we cannot avoid. Perhaps we seek wholeness in hopes of finding a greater purpose for existing, or to find the ultimate truth about life and the universe.

On the other hand, when we seek wholeness we become happy, fulfilled beings; when we avoid this topic we become miserable, aimless and look for external sources of happiness and satisfaction.

Perhaps we seek to be whole because we are intrinsically whole, because we were once whole.

Important Note:

I am not promising you answers. I also will not tell you what to beleive. I am not a preacher and I do not claim to know the truth. I will however, share with you what little I know, my thoughts, knowledge, research findings, feelings personal beliefs, and experiences.

Each person has their own path to travel and truths to discover.

Researching wholeness then is what I simply call ‘living’.

I intend to share my living here with you.
